Our local Fremont-Rideout Hospice is very fortunate to be invited to participate in Camp H U G (Hospice Understands Grief,) a camp for children who have lost a loved one. Held at the beautiful Eagle Lake Ronald McDonald Camp, children learn how to deal with their grief in healthy ways.

 

This camp is for children ages 8-18 who have had a close friend or family member die within the last two years. Children have an opportunity to stay in cabins, do crafts, swim, play games, archery and hiking.
