Cardiac Rehabilitation is designed for individuals with heart-related problems or disease, or those who have experienced heart surgery balloon dilatation or heart attack. Participants are monitored in this out-patient program where individually prescribed regimes include pertinent dietary modification, an exercise program and stress management techniques.
