Car Wash to Benefit The Fremont-Rideout Foundation

 

The Fremont-Rideout Foundation Teen Leadership Council is hosted a car wash on Saturday, May 30^th.

The Fremont-Rideout Foundation Teen Leadership Council acts as a liaison and advocate for the Fremont-Rideout Foundation through philanthropic, community service and healthcare education participation.  The council members consist of five students from six area high schools.  Their 2009/2010 class project is to raise funds for the Rideout Memorial Hospital Same Day Surgery patient room renovation and purchase new wheelchairs for the hospitals.

The Fremont-Rideout Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to making our communities a healthier place to live.  Its purpose is to provide financial support to the Fremont-Rideout Health Group and the people it serves.  The Foundation wants to ensure that we are responding to the Yuba-Sutter communities’ healthcare needs by providing quality programs and services that might not otherwise be available.
