GUARDIAN ANGEL PROGRAM
Our patients and their loved ones now have the opportunity to support the Foundation while paying tribute to a special health care provider. The Guardian Angel Program enables them to make a donation in honor of the physician, nurse or other caregiver who made a difference in their visit or stay. The honored Guardian Angel will receive an acknowledgment letter and a custom-crafted lapel pin to wear proudly throughout the hospital or medical office.
