Then, if you think of a possible candidate, go to the Employee Referrals main page to Download and Print a submission form. Turn this form into the Human Resources Department. You can also pick up a copy of the form and fill it out in the Human Resources Department. Direct any general questions about the Employee Referral Bonus Program to your immediate supervisor.
