Five-Tier Reward System
Although the emphasis is on the 5-star jobs (hard-to-fill positions), Fremont-Rideout Health Group recognizes that all employees are valuable, and would like to reward all employees for referring talented individuals to the organization. This is why we have a five-tier reward system:
5-Star
Bonus Reward: $5000 (less tax withholding)
4-Star
Bonus Reward: $3,000 (less tax withholding)
3-Star
Bonus Reward: $2,000 (less tax withholding)
2-Star
Bonus Reward: $1,000 (less tax withholding)
1-Star
Bonus Reward: $250 (less tax withholding)
Bonus Rewards (less tax withholding) are paid in two installments within 60 days of successful employment.
