Our Urgent Care Center strives to provide the following for WORK INJURIES:
Prompt First Reports (DFR)
Attending Physicians written report with work status (Employer and Employee copy). The attending provider may telephone a report regarding disability & modified duty, upon request.

Our providers are always willing to discuss concerns of the involved parties. As part of the Fremont-Rideout Health group, we are able to provide a full spectrum of treatment options including: X-rays, labs, physical therapy, and emergency room services if needed.
