Things To Know Prior To Our Procedure:
Pre-registration: To help ensure a smooth registration and surgery for both you and your physician you will be asked to complete a pre-operative Patient Questionnaire and return it.
Financial Arrangements:
Please ensure that financial arrangements with Feather River Surgery Center are made prior to your surgery. In addition, you should be aware that your Surgeon, Anesthesiologist, Pathologist and other specialist involved in your care will bill separately for their services.
General Information:
Food & Drink - Do not eat or drink anything after midnight the night before your surgery.
Do not drink any alcohol during the 24 hours before or after your surgery.
Medications - Unless instructed otherwise by your surgeon, do not take diabetic medication or diuretics (water pill) on the morning of surgery. Be sure to take your heart, blood pressure, and breathing (including inhalers) medication as prescribed. Please bring your inhaler with you.

If you do not speak English, please make arrangements for an interpreter to accompany you at the time of pre-registration and on the day of surgery.
