ALLERGIES!

Have you ever wondered why your nose runs like a faucet in February?
Do you wonder why you can’t stop sneezing in September?

Are you an allergy sufferer? If yes, then we encourage you to join Aaron Centric, DO, a specialist in Otolaryngology, or disorders of the ear, nose and throat at our upcoming free Community Health Education Class on April 6, 2015 beginning at 6P. Dr. Centric says, “Allergies are a big part of life near the Sutter Buttes and understanding your allergies is the first step in helping control them.”

There’s grass, ragweed, pollen and mold all around us. So, when people with true allergies encounter these substances, antibodies attach and trigger cells that release chemicals like histamine that cause runny nose, itchy eyes and sneezing. Understanding allergies can help you prevent and manage your discomfort.

Dr. Centric’s presentation will focus on treating allergies and sinus infection. Learn what you can do to help control your symptoms and what other treatments are available to help you “weather” the Spring.
