The Rideout Health Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to making our communities a healthier place to live. Its purpose is to provide financial support to Rideout Health and the people it serves. For more than 100 years, your neighbors - and perhaps generations of your family - have turned to Rideout Health (RH) for their health care, and in return they have contributed generously to help grow programs, services, and to build facilities. The Rideout Health Foundation nurtures that long-standing partnership with the community.

Rideout Health is the independent, non-profit, community-based healthcare organization that operates Rideout Memorial Hospital, Fremont Medical Center and other medical facilities around the Yuba-Sutter region. It also is the area's largest non-government employer. In fulfillment of its mission to provide quality healthcare to everyone, regardless of financial circumstance, in 2011 the organization provided more than $50 million in unreimbursed or free medical care to uninsured or under-insured patients.
