Breastfeeding: How To and Why To

Ease your worries about breastfeeding and learn information on preparing for a successful breastfeeding experience with your newborn at our free educational class.

This free class is held 6:00 to 8:00pm October 22 at the Rideout Conference Center, 989 Plumas St. in Yuba City. Expectant and new mothers with their support person are welcome.

Call 751-4165 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday to register.

The Breastfeeding: How to and Why to class is sponsored by the Fremont Medical Center Perinatal Department and is part of the Community Health Education Program.
