MARYSVILLE, May 25, 2013 … A Healthier You, a Free Community Health Education Class will be presented by Allison Tallyn, a Registered Dietitian, Sodexo and Rideout Health and Dan Duran, a Certified Personal Trainer, NASM, Fitness Director, Yuba City Racquet and Health Club on June 3, 2013 from 6-7P at the Rideout Conference Center in Yuba City. Refreshments will be provided and early arrivers will receive a free gift from NOVO Nordisk.
Allison and Dan will offer education and resource ideas designed to teach the different ways to exercise so that folks can have fun and be fit, as well as how to make better food choices that will help one manage their weight today and for years to come.
