Narinder S. Bajwa, MD

Narinder S. Bajwa, MD came to the Yuba-Sutter area in 1992 after completing his internship and residency at St. Francis Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. He completed his cardiology fellowship at UCSF, Fresno, University of Wisconsin, Madison, and St. Mary's Hospital, San Francisco. Rupinder S. Brar, MD, FACC

Rupinder S. Brar, MD, FACC is a Board Certified cardiologist with additional training and board certification in critical care medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, the American Board of Hospital Physicians and a Diplomate of the American College of Ethical Physicians. He is also certified in Adult Echocardiography Cardiology. He received his MBBS degree in 1985 from Punjab University, India. Dr. Brar completed Internal Medicine training at SCHI campus of Michigan State University at Saginaw from 1989-1992 and also served as the chief resident. In 1990 he received the Louis E. Zelle award for the best resident and also received the best resident teacher award from MSU School of Medicine for two years in a row. He received training in Critical Care medicine (1994-95) and Cardiovascular medicine (1996-99) at Rush Presbyterian St Luke's Medical Center in Chicago where he served as Chief Critical Care fellow and then Chief Cardiology fellow. He has published numerous scientific and review papers. His area of interest is in Critical Care Cardiology and Cardiac Echocardiography. Minh V. Bui, MD, FACC, FACP

Minh V. Bui, MD, FACC, FACP, is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Nuclear Cardiology. Dr Bui is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Physicians. He is also a member of the Heart Rhythm Society. Dr. Bui received his BA degree in Biological Sciences in 1977, his MS degree in Human Physiology in 1980, and his MD degree in 1984 from the University of Colorado. He served his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at the Highland General Hospital in Oakland, California, from 1984-1987. He completed his training in Cardiology at the University of Texas in 1989. Dr. Bui's main interests are general cardiology, diagnostic heart catheterization procedures, heart rhythm disorders, congestive heart failure and cardiac device therapy. Michael L. Chin, MD, a member of Feather River Cardiology Medical Group, is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Cardiology. He received his MD in 1977 from Tufts University School of Medicine, Boston, MA. He completed his internship and residency at Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center, Chicago, IL from 1977-1980. Karanbir S. Grewal, MD, FACC

Karanbir S. Grewal, MD, FACC, a member of Sutter North Medical Group, is Board Certified in both Cardiology and Cardiovascular Interventions, and is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of California Davis Medical Center. He is a member of the American College of Physicians and a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Christ Hospital and Medical Center - Rush University, Chicago. He completed a fellowship in Cardiology at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center - University of Southern California in Los Angeles. In addition, he completed Cardiac and Vascular Interventions with the internationally renowned medical group of Dr. John Simpson in Redwood City. He has conducted clinical cardiovascular research. He has published and presented his research nationally. As a leader in his field, Dr. Grewal is actively involved in professional and public education and shares his knowledge through seminars, television and public appearances. John A. Iskikian, MD

John A. Iskikian, MD, received his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine, and completed his Internship, Residency, and Cardiology Fellowship at Saint Mary's Hospital and Medical Center in San Francisco. He also received additional training in the field of Nuclear Cardiology, and was involved in research at University of California San Francisco Medical Center. Dr. Iskikian has acted as past Director of Invasive and Noninvasive Cardiology at Rideout and Fremont Hospitals. He served as Director of Cardiology at Sutter North Medical Foundation from 1994 to 2004. He has also served as Northern California District Councilor to the California American College of Cardiology from 1995 to 1999. Since 1996, he has held an academic appointment at University of California Davis Medical Center, where he is currently an Associate Clinical Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine During the past twenty years, Dr. Iskikian has been involved in most facets of invasive and noninvasive Cardiology, but his current interests primarily involve noninvasive and consultative cardiology, as well as interpretation of cardiac and vascular imaging. Devinderjit Singh, MD
Devinderjit Singh, MD, received his medical degree in 1986 from the University College of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Georgetown University in 1989, a fellowship in cardiac electrophysiology in 1993 at the University of Pennsylvania. He completed his fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at Baylor University Medical Center in 1995 and his fellowship in Interventional Cardiology in 1996. Dr. Singh served as Associate Faculty in Interventional Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Alabama in Birmingham prior to relocating to California. Dr. Singh joined the Rideout Health medical staff in May 2006 and currently practices out of his office in Oroville. He is qualified to perform both diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral vascular studies as well as pacemakers and other advanced therapies for heart rhythm disturbances.
Tin M. Way, MD, FACC

Tin M. Way, MD, FACC is Board Certified in general Cardiology as well as Interventional Cardiology and is Certified in Nuclear Cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He received his MD degree in 1993 from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Dr. Way completed his residency in Internal Medicine from 1993-96 at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. He completed his fellowship in General Cardiology at the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center in 1999. He completed his fellowship in Interventional Cardiology and Peripheral Vascular Intervention at the Indiana Heart Institute in 2000. Babak Sanei-Fard, MD, an Interventional Cardiologist, brings a commitment to provide the highest level of clinical excellence in cardiovascular health care to our community and further expands interventional cardiology services to patients and referring physicians across the region.
Another scope of Dr Sanei-Fard's practice is to provide diagnostic and minimally invasive transcutaneous treatment of peripheral arterial disease. Dr. Sanei-Fard completed his cardiovascular disease and Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at St. Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center of New York. He was Chief Medical Resident (2004-2005) and completed his internal Medicine Residency at New York Medical College at Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers of New York. He is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology and Internal Medicine.
Dr Sanei-Fard is an expert in performing transradial catheterization and intervention. Transradial approach is proven to decrease the rate and severity of complications that are associated with coronary angiography and intervention, as well as improving patients comfort.
