Joseph Moye (Narrator/Stage Director) is an Education Supervisor with E-Center Head Start. He is married to the amazing and talented Lori Moye and is a father and grandfather. Joe has been involved with theater for over 17 years as both an actor and director. He has been nominated by the Sacramento Area Regional Theater Association for their prestigious Elly award for both acting as well as directing. Joseph is delighted to be involved in the Dance With Our Stars fundraiser. Joe is a narrator for THE APPLAUSE SERIES - benefitting the Sutter Performing Arts Association and Yuba Sutter Arts.

Carmen Smith (Emcee) studied and taught ballet — and grew up as a "Foy" girl at Foy Dance Studio in Yuba City. Carmen is the Theater Manager at The Acting Company, where she also acts, directs and coordinates the Young People's Theater Program. She is also a proud board member of Yuba Sutter Arts. Carmen returns as our "Behind the Scenes" filmmaker and is so excited to share with you the zany, touching and inspiring footage she captured while the dancers prepared for the competition. Carmen is a director for THE APPLAUSE SERIES - benefitting the Sutter Performing Arts Association and Yuba Sutter Arts.

Jim Whiteaker (Emcee) is Peter Pan, rides a yellow scooter (he really, really does), and likes to wear sunglasses. Indoors. Jim Whiteaker became the Sutter County Supervisor for District 4 in November, 2002. He has been a life-long resident of Sutter County. He has three adult children. He is a teacher and a former varsity basketball coach at Yuba City High School. Jim is involved in his community, serving as a member of the following community organizations: Member and Past President of Early Riser Kiwanis, President of Sutter Co. Lincoln Club, Chairman of Sutter Co. Children and Families Commission, Chairman of the Friends Foundation for YC Parks and Rec, Member of the Alliance for Hispanic Advancement, Christian Business Alliance, Y-S Chamber of Commerce, Sutter-Yuba Board of Realtors, National Rifle Association, Knights of Columbus, Punjabi-American Club Advisor at YCHS, as well as numerous committees for the Board of Supervisors.

Amanda Rose Davis lives in Sacramento and works for Jacque's Dance Expressions. She is "The Wearer of Many Hats", including Jacque's Personal Assistant, office manager, co-director of the competition team, production manager, teen counselor and therapist. Amanda says "I have temporary custody of 50 kids. None that I've given birth to... but I teach, feed, costume, and rhinestone." Amanda studied dance at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles where she received her BA in Performance Dance. She is newly married to the fabulous Tim Davis.
