This free class is held 6 to 8pm bi-monthly at the Rideout Conference Center, 989 Plumas St. in Yuba City. Expectant and new mothers with their support person are welcome.
The Breastfeeding: How To and Why To class is sponsored by the Fremont Medical Center Perinatal Department and is part of the Community Health Education Program.
