Childbirth Preparation: What To Expect When You're Expecting
Childbirth Preparation classes are held bi-monthly, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. At the Rideout Conference Center, 989 Plumas St., in Yuba City. Mothers-to-be who are in their first and second trimester are encouraged to bring their spouse or support person to the class. Topics will include normal discomforts of pregnancy, comfort measures, body changes, nutrition and more.
